Writing about what I think and observe.

Moi? Oui.

As you probably already know my name is Erin.  I was born in Maryland but I moved to Indianapolis when I was 8ish, then Seattle when I was 11ish.  I attend Howard U, studying political science concentrating in international relations, thinking about double majoring in humanities, and minoring in arabic.

I want to travel the world, in fact, after college I’ll probably join Peace Corps and go off the grid for a couple of years.  It all started when I went to Ometepe, Nicaragua my Junior year.  That trip changed my life, my career choice, and my priorities.  If you haven’t taken an extended trip out of the country to a place that doesn’t speak english as a first language, I encourage you to do it as soon as it becomes feasible.

I love helping people & I intend on doing that for the rest of my life.

I hope you enjoy my writing. <3

When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, “I used everything you gave me.”  ~Erma Bombeck
